Marriage and Daddy.
I’m getting married next year. InsyaAllah. Yes, I am happy that I’m going to get married to the guy that I love so much, and yes, I can’t wait to be his wife. In Islam, once you get married, you’re under your husband’s responsibilities. Before marriage, you’re under your dad’s responsibilities. I’ve always been my daddy’s little girl. I hug and kiss him all the time. And I love to ber’manja’ with him. The thought of not being able to be my dad’s little girl anymore, somehow, it kills me. After marriage, I belong to my husband. And yes, I know my hubby will understand that I’m very close with my dad, but I can’t act like that with my dad anymore in front of my hubby. I’m just sad. The thought of not being my dad’s little girl just kills me.
